Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a party, softplay session or climbing session?

If you head to the book now section, select the date you are wanting to visit Seal’s Cove, select the drop down relevant to the booking (Soft Play, Climbing or Parties), the availability will be shown for the sessions/parties, and you should be able to book from here.

Do you have parking & is it free?

We have free parking at the front and the back of the building for our customers to use.

Do I have to book or can I just turn up?

We do recommend booking especially on the weekends and school holiday times as our soft play has a limited capacity for fire regulations, and we cannot guarantee entry to walk-ins.

How do I change my booking?

If you have made an error in your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we can help amend it subject to availability.

How do I know if there is availability?

You are able to check our availability by going to the book now section of the website as if you were going to book, and selecting the relevant drop down, the sessions will have the number of available spaces or will say if we have sold out of tickets.

What is your refund policy?

A refund can only be processed 7 days or more before the date of the booking, if unable to attend a booking due to illness we would be more than happy to move your booking to another day.

How do I redeem a raffle prize or a fully stamped loyalty card

If you have won a raffle prize or have a fully stamped loyalty card, you will just have to book the people (children/adults) you need to pay for on our website and then call us up or send us an email with your booking ID, date you are attending and what you are needing to add on to your booking and we will amend the booking. Just remember to bring in the voucher or loyalty card on the day you are attending and hand it into Reception.

Can I bring my own food in or a birthday cake for my child’s party?

Only food and drink purchased at our cafe can be brought and consumed on the premises. Birthday Parties booked using our Party Package may bring a birthday cake, however, if you haven’t booked a party with us we cannot allow birthday cakes to be brought in. The memberships with be activated as soon as payment has gone through. If you haven’t received a booking confirmation email, please get in contact with us via email or calling and we can check if your booking has gone through.  You may have just typed your email incorrectly!

Our Reef Soft Play has an age restriction of 12 years and under or a height of 155cm/1.55m. Our Jurassic Ridge Climbing Centre climbers need to be 5 years or older.

What should I wear for climbing?

We recommend wearing clothes that cover all limbs, clean trainers and not to wear hoodies with toggles.

What should I wear for soft play?

Make sure that children have socks on, if they are wanting to go down the death slide / other slides we recommend that children have all limbs covered and make sure that clothing doesn’t contain a high % of nylon to avoid any potential friction burns.
